Guest guest
I paid $129 for my wig and I get a lot of compliments on my, ahem, beautiful hair. It is synthetic but you wouldn't know it. It's different colors blended together so it looks more like real hair, nobody's natural color is all one color. Wigs generally range from $49 to $400 with real hair being the most expensive. I was told not to get real hair, they are higher maintenance and generally don't last as long. The do look beautiful though. There are also wigs that have a natural looking part line where it looks like you can see scalp so it's supposed to be more natural looking. Those are the most expensive. I got my wig at a wig shop. Usually fitting and styling comes with the cost of the wig. I do my own maintenance. I wash it once a week with special wig shampoo, spray it with special wig conditioner and dry it out on it's wire rack. I comb it when it's damp, then again when it's dry. Wash and wear, much easier than my own hair, I'm ready to go in 15 minutes most mornings, 5 if I took my shower the night before. ;-) LICS June "The best protection any woman can have...is courage." I suppose it is different in each and every place. Thank you. Take care, God Bless, Love, Sharon F.
