Guest guest
, I have also tried the liquid diets in the past (ie. slim fast) and gained every bit of what I lost back when I started eating normally again (and then some), so I know exactly what you are saying. I don't have a problem losing weight, but I don't have a problem gaining either . I am not charting (although hope to when AF shows up - to help w/ natural b/c as I don't want to go on the pill and DH is not thrilled w/ condoms (he he he) yet, so DH and I are more or less stuck w/ condoms (as we are not trying! and, I really would like to wait until Matt is at least a year old before getting pg. again - if I am ever so blessed again that is!). I know it was really rather a long shot thinking I might be pg., (with only 1 tube, using condoms-but not always the way we should (he he he), and still nursing) but those post pg. hormones can make 'ya crazy! I sure hope the diet is successful in helping you feel better about yourself babe, 'cause you deserve to feel fantastic!!!!!! Take Care.
