Hi , I remember when I first joined, everyone was so helpful and

still are. I was pretty scared myself and am just starting to get a

little comfortable with it. My little Kristan has improved a lot

since being on the diet. She went from 150-200 seizures a day to

anywhere from 5-10 a day. Medications never worked for her, we must

have tried at least a dozen and now think they only made her worse.

We are in the fine tuning stages of the diet now, trying to figure

out what will work.
