Found this on a weight watcher recipe group site. Hope it helps with

the craving for home made.

Macaroni and Cheese

(4 big servings at 4 pts. each)

8 oz. macaroni - cooked

1 tbls butter - melt over med/low, add

1 small chopped onion - saute and add

1 tbls flour - whisk lightly and add

1 can fat free chicken broth - whisk and add

1/2 can cheddar cheese soup (do not dilute)

4 oz. velveeta light

salt and pepper to taste (watch out if you don't use low sodium

chicken broth)

1 tsp mustard powder

When cheese sauce is creamy, pour over cooked noodles and bake at 350

degrees for 30 minutes.
