Hi n,

If you e-mail me privately with your mailing address, I'll be happy to

mail you a copy of the cookbook. No charge.

The newest edition is a much larger file than before, so it can take

several minutes to download on some computers. Also, if you need the

free software Adobe Acrobat Reader for your computer, so that you can

download the cookbook, there's a link to Adobe near the bottom of the

ThyCa Home Page. You find the version that's right for your computer.

I've been reading all the posts about LID and I am curious. All

through my thyroid cancer journey of surgeries and treatments none of

my doctors have said anything about going on a special diet. Is this

just a matter of doctor opinion or what?
