Guest guest Posted February 28, 2003 Report Share Posted February 28, 2003 Hi I'm sure this has already been covered, but my ? is how much d do we need to take with our calcium? and do we need to take it at the exact same time or just in the same day. i am very confused about the calcium issue, i've noticed that if i forget to take it (and i am forgetful) in the am by supper time i have leg cramps, is this possible? a naturopathic doctor suggested calcium with magnesium to me because i have a very serious case of add, and it seems to help, but only has 150iu of d3 per 1000mg of calcium. thanks in advance for any info Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
