d & calcium

Hi

I'm sure this has already been covered, but my ? is how much d do we need to

take with our calcium? and do we need to take it at the exact same time or

just in the same day.

i am very confused about the calcium issue, i've noticed that if i forget to

take it (and i am forgetful) in the am by supper time i have leg cramps, is

this possible?

a naturopathic doctor suggested calcium with magnesium to me because i have

a very serious case of add, and it seems to help, but only has 150iu of d3

per

1000mg of calcium.
