bus ride

Does anyone know if there are specific laws regarding the duration of the

child's bus ride? I seem to recall some discussion about that in the past. I'm

thinking if there is anything like that it probably differs from state to state.

I'm just wondering where I would go to find something like that out. My son has

an hour bus ride most days and there are some days when the driver picks him up

a little earlier meaning it's a little over an hour ride. I think this is too

long.

Call your State Education Department. I'm not sure which department would

know this, but I'd guess that's where the information would be. They'd be the

ones to enforce the state rules.
