Guest guest
, No, I have never tried to do this, but please let me know if you are successful! I DO know that the Red Sox also have seating available for hearing or vision impaired people (kinda curious about how they do THAT!) so that's good to know, though I've also never tried to access those. Guest guest
Never tried at Fleet Center, but I arranged an accommodation at Tsongas Arena in Lowell by e-mailing before purchasing tickets. They let us in early to a general admission Avril Lavigne concert to select close seats. I'd try this link from the Fleet website: If you have a specific complaint or concern, please email us at customerservice@...
Guest guest
I do not know about Boston but when I went to " The Christmas Carol " in NY. I got great seats for my daughter. I called special number for the handicap. They gave the choices of any handicap seating which is usually closer and good viewing. The only thing I had to do is fax a letter from doctor confirming hearing impairment. I do this anywhere I go. When there is handicap seating available I use it for her. Once I went to a little circus and when we went to sit in the handicap seats a lady immediately tapped me on my shoulder. " You can't sit there, this is for the handicap. " I immediately turned around and told her my daughter is hearing impaired and she has the right to sit here. She didn't say anything. She minded her own business after that. I try to wait to last minute in case there are handicap people who really need it but usually there are so plenty handicap seating available.
