Guest guest Posted September 21, 2003 Report Share Posted September 21, 2003 1/3 cup = 1 point 1 - 8oz pkg Fat Free Cream Cheese 1/3 Cup Fat Free Mayo 1 cup Chunky Salsa (med or hot) - I use hot 1 teaspoon parsley flakes Mix cream cheese until soft; add mayo; mix well to combine.
