Guest guest
Hi! Sorry, but it's being very difficult to keep up with the boards lately... I've been reading most of the messages, but I couldn't reply Many things are happening right now...Later on I'll post an update.. Now I have a semi urgent question. is 3 years old, and weighs 16 kilos.. we would like to increase (if at all possible and safe) his carnosine dose. We're using NOW carnosine..(500mgs/day) My questions: Anyone with experience with carnosine and a 3 year old? What's the maximum dose? What are you giving them? Can I go any higher than 500 mgs? How do you give it? What's the schedule? I also have to supplement carnitine, do you separate carnitine and carnosine supplements? I've read somewhere that it's not good to give 2 aminoacids at the same time. I know I know... many many questions here... I know that Dr. Chez used 800 mgs dose... but NOW capsules are 500... Would it be possible to give a 3 year old 1000 mgs per day? Experiences? Feedback? Suggestions? Thanks a lot in advance... Gilda
