You could always open a capsule and break out half to give him 750 mg

per day. The best thing to do is have some dr (pediatrican or family

dr, whoever will do it for you) email Dr Chez and ask what dose he

recommends, then go from there. I think I would try 1000 mg with a 3

year old, just don't put the last dose too close to bed time, or you

might have him up all night.

Haven't heard about not putting 2 amino acids together but .....if

you're concerned give the carnosine earlier in the day and the carnitine

later in the day.
