Guest guest
The past couple days, I've been testing my daughter's reaction to mango to see if she can tolerate it. I gave it to her on Sunday morning - she had a great day, but she woke up in the middle of the night. Then yesterday, she had another great morning at school, so I figured I better try again to really test it. I gave it to her yesterday afternoon, she was great for the rest of the day, but she woke up again in the middle of the night. This is a girl who can eat peeled apples and almond flour pancakes daily with no problem sleeping. She does sometimes wake up in the night, but had been sleeping through for a while. I looked back in my notes, and she was up in the night last time we gave her mango too. Any ideas why mango would bother her sleep but not her behavior? Thank you!! mom to asd daughter, 4, scd 10/26/
