Guest guest
That's too bad about your insurance Jenn, but I'm sure you'll be glad you did the second bands. That's great you get to do it at the same time this time around too! Good luck on picking your themes! , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad Cape Cod, Ma http://hannahsnoggin.typepad.com > After our appt. yesterday I decided to go with a second band for the > twins. Guest guest
Hi ! My name is Jenifer and I have a 7 month old (4 1/2 months adjusted) son named Rennan. He was a 29 week preemie and is doing great now. He has plagio though, with a slight torticollis. He has plagio on the right side of his head, and scaphocephaly (flat on the sides and long in the back from laying on the sides of his head in the NICU) He prefers to turn his head to the right and can turn it to the left without any problem, but he doesn't prefer it. I've tried repositioning, but he is stubborn! He has been casted and we are waiting for his helmet to be made. I am new to this group and came across one of your e-mails and looked at Hannah's web site. She is such a beautiful girl! I am amazed by what great progress she made with the band. My big question for you is on decorating. Hannah's bands are so cute! I love how you did that! I saw that you used stickers and modge podge gloss over those. You also said it was easy to change them. How did you do this? How long did one design last? How were you able to get the stickers and shellack off so you could put a new design on? If you would write me back, I would sure appreciate it! I am very excited about our little journey to get Rennan's head straigntened out, but I am so nervous also. Did Hannah have trouble sleeping with her helmet on? I am attaching some pictures of Rennan. Thanks for any help you can give me. I have loved reading people's e-mails in this group and it has really helped me with my anxieties. Jenifer Jenifer L.
