Hi Diane, I can almost hear the excitement in your post about

rejoining and I am glad to hear you did. Maybe just the idea of the

new flex plan will be the extra motivation you need. I think that

approaching food differently will be a great help to you too.

Your stats are wonderful, you worked hard to get there, and proved to

yourself that you can do this. So I know you can get the 8 lbs off

too.

Nowwwwww, as for the sex AP's, well that is really a question???. If

you find a good intensity chart for this one to go by, you just might

start something..there may be a whole bunch of us doing much better

than we have been lol..
