Guest guest
My 2 year old son was doing well on the scd diet for 3 months and recently began having diarrhea again and I am having a hard time reintroducing all the foods he was finally able to eat. I gave him the kirkman labs calcium supplement and he quickly complained about his stomach. Could he be having a bad reaction to the calcium supplement? Where can he get the calcium from if thats the case? He does not react well to the yoghurt either. Also, since we have started this diet his behavior has improved but his energy level has fallen and now he refuses to walk distances. Has anyone had this problem? Since his digestive problems are still undiagnosed I don´t know if this could be related to his health problems or because he could be lacking something from his diet. Thanks for the help!! mom of SCD 3 months
