Guest guest
Are you really suppose to heat the goat milk to 180? That seems really high. I did it to 160 and then let it cool down to add the starter. The website says to have the goat yogurt ferment for at least 24 hours. How long can you have it heated for, 30 or more? Is it better the longer it ferments? This would be great to know for those odd times of the day that I get a chance to start the process. Thank you.
