Guest guest
Congratulations on your good news! You ask some excellent questions that are tough to answer. You know we can only give our own experiences, with no guarantees of how you'll feel in 5 days from now. My first reaction is that you're wise to have decided against going. I would guess you won't be feeling up to this conference. It's a long drive and a long conference, and, I assume, another long drive. You don't say what dose you're taking, but chances are it's not what will ultimately be your suppressive goal. It's pretty certain you'll still be hypo next week, although just how hypo, of course, I can't predict. I think it's not likely that you'll jeopardize your health (although your immune system is probably suppressed from the RAI), but I do think you may well overtax yourself, and be frustrated by what you want to do but can't (like stay awake). Then again, I don't know what kind of conference this is; if it's a massage therapy conference and you'll be a volunteer, I'd say go for it :-) My advice? Take a nap instead :-) NYC " " wrote: > Hi All > First I want to share the good news. I had my RAI on Feb. 10th and the > WBS on this past Thursday, 2/20.....it looked good and clean!
