Guest guest
Debra, I too was told by the Endo that I didn't need to be on any special diet. She insisted no real scientific evidence was available on LID. HOWEVER....it made perfect sense to me. I have been on the LID for 9 days now...it's not bad at all. It really isn't that much different from the way I normally cook anyway...except using no salt added tomatoes or using fresh. I love my milk and cheese too---but there are so many things to eat and enjoy that don't have cheese or dairy in them. Make it an adventure.....try those new recipes provided in the Thyca.org website. I think most of them are awesome! You can do it..... Lori ps : my family really enjoy making homeade tortilla's with the homeade salsa...mmmm, very tasty > Deborah, > > WOW!!! I am amazed that you have received such bad information from your > doctors.
