Anyways, any advice would be SO helpful! > If your brother were much younger I would definately say that it would be easier to help him with this but because he is a teenager now its really going to be difficult to goad him into doing what he doesnt want to do. Believe me when I say I understand about depression being a possible underlying cause and maybe once he gets that under control (is he taking medication for it?) he will be more inclined to face his weight but for now as hard at is it I really think the best thing you can do for him is set the best example you can and be there to support his when he is ready to make some changes. You are a good sister for thinking of his health and well being!! Hugs Shan
