Guest guest
Janine, I am a breastfeeding educator and something that I was told lately by a supervisor is that as far as not eating enough remember that women in third world countries are able to breastfeed quite successfully. I thought this was a very interesting concept esp. since it is so true. The advice that you have received so far is right on. Rest, fluids and eat when possible. Keep that baby at the breast as much as possible. They do go through a growth spurt at about 3 weeks and 6 weeks. So this very well could be what is going on. Hope this has helped.
