I'm sure that most of us will have to go to battle with our insurance carriers and are ill equipped to do so. The knowledge and experience you are so generously sharing will prove invaluable as we fight to get these companies to do what we pay them to do. Your surgery date is getting closer. One of my sisters is a medical professional. She's always said that she thinks it's harder for someone in medicine to be a patient because they know too much about what can happen. Well, forget about all that " stuff " and just know that you're going to wake up to a swervy new bionic hip that won't hurt.
