parm pepper dressing 1

chicken stuffed with artichoke and parm. cheese 3

Dinner

pork chops 0

salad 3

Total carbs 12 plus I will have an atkins bar at 3.5 and/or jello

supplements

water about 80 oz

exercise 45 minutes - I'm back!
