Thanks Sue. Yea...it MUST be close to TOM. Went from bit*hy, to

meloncally, to silly, in the last few posts, now - I'm getting that

whole " this is the only place in the whole world that someone says

supportive things to me. This is the only place where I ever do

anything right " thing going on. Hmmm....and that emotion is called

what? Oh ;-' pitty pot. LOL!

Oh - now I'm happy :-)

P.S. I'm glad I don't suffer from mood swings!

Absolutely, any exercise is good!! I always read that it's good to park

further out in the parking lot just to have a little more walking. So

definitely, it all helps! Ang, did you sleep better at night after that

walk?

I was talking with a friend of mine who says the doctor wants her to do more

walking, but she never gets around to it. I asked, " Do you park far out in

the parking lot when you go shopping? " She answered " No way, I park in the

handicapped spaces! " :-)

I couldn't believe myself today.

I had a dentist appointment (which I was a big baby about) therefore

met my mother-in-law at her house so she could drag me in. Well,

there's mother-in-laws house, walk across the street, then a large

shopping center parking lot, then cross the old 2 lane hyway, then

over about a block and there's the dentists office. Guess what, " I "

(in bold and underlined) suggested, and then walked, from mom in laws

to the dentist! I still can't believe it. I was the one who'd sit

in the car for 10 mints waiting for someone to pack the car and move

before walking 2 minutes into the store! LOL

I think I see progress!
