Guest guest Posted March 25, 2001 Report Share Posted March 25, 2001 the best thing to do is have something u can eat as soon as you get home while you are making the other foods..like deviled eggs or cold chicken or egg or chicken salad make yourself a protien snack right off so you are not so hungry and likely to cheat sorry bout the hubby problems but i find when i stick to plan i am much more even tempered catherine ----- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
