Guest guest
Hi, Again, my apologies if this gets posted twice. Computer troubles! My son has been GFCF for a year, with little improvement. So....our DAN! team recommended SCD, and that we keep him casein- free....at least initially, while we're transitioning him. They did recommend, however, that we try goat cheese products as the casein in goat cheese differs from the casaein in Cow's milk/cheese, and is often better tolerated? I read on pecanbread.com that Chevre is an illegal kind of goat cheese. I picked up a few goat cheese products at our local Wild Oats, and was hoping if someone out there can tell me whether or not they're SCD legal! Thanks!
