Guest guest
I am a member of the Natural Thyroid and Adrenal groups. I just joined this group to get some direction and insight on Reverse T3. I have been taking 187.5 mg of ERFA per day. I do not have any noticeable HYPO or HYPER symptoms. My latest blood test report contains the following numbers: TSH<0.01 [0.358-3.740] uIU/ML FT4=1.32 [0.77-1.61] ng/dl FT3=4.1 [2.0-4.4] pg/ML Reverse T3=253 [90-350] pg/ML Ferritin=187 [26-388] NG/ML From these numbers I find that my FT3/RT3 ratio is 16.2, which is below the STTM-recommended minimum of 19 and optimum of 30. Can the group comment on this and recommend a course of action ? Thanks. Luen
