Guest guest
, My Basal and average day time temperature for the last 9 days are as follows: 12/21/09 Basal T=97.9 Average Daytime T= 98.60 12/22/09 97.6 98.70 Cold Day and woke up earlier at 6am 12/23/09 97.8 98.70 12/24/09 97.8 98.63 12/25/09 97.8 98.80 12/26/09 97.8 98.60 12/27/09 97.9 98.70 12/28/09 97.8 98.65 12/29/09 97.8 98.80 Note: I found that my Basal T is lower if I wake up earlier ( I usually wake up at around 7am ). Since I still feel chill when the weather is very cold and my Basal T is at the low end of the normal range of [97.8-98.2], I am thinking I may need to increase ERFA dosage to raise my Basal T. But then my average daytime T is already at or above 98.6. Thus, I hesitate. What would you recommend ? Thanks a million. Luen Re: Fw: RT3 Ratio Ok so you DO still have hypo symptoms.. That chill you speak of is a symptom. What are your basal body temps? If they are low you do need to correct the low T3 and high RT3 issue as things will get worse again.-- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV
