Guest guest Posted October 13, 2003 Report Share Posted October 13, 2003 Sorry - not fully functioning today 4 1/2 cup cooked macaroni, kept warm 3/4 cup fat-free mayo 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream 3 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 1 med sweet red pepper - diced 1 med green pepper - diced 1 med carrot - grated 1/4 cup red onion - minced salt/pepper to taste 2 tablespoons celery seed - optional Mix above while macaroni is still warm. Serve warm or chilled. 1/2 cup per serving = 2 points I also made this over the weekend. I didn't even miss putting in any hard-boiled egg. Everyone enjoyed this at the family gathering I took it to.
