Guest guest Posted January 1, 2005 Report Share Posted January 1, 2005 I am wondering if canned evaporated goat milk is legal for making yogurt with. It's the Meyenberg brand. The ingredients are listed as goat milk, disodium phosphate, vitamin D3, & folic acid. I went to my local Wal-Mart today to get the goat milk in a carton (usually Meyenberg brand also) and they were completely out. Then I found this canned version. Does anyone know about this?
