Terri,

I treat myself to the pizza hut personal pan pizza every few weeks. My favorite

is 12.5 points and so I do have to be careful that day, but has been great to

enjoy that treat. I'm not brave enough to bring home even a small gourmet garlic

chicken from Papa 's though...way too much temptation! :)

Good morning everyone,

Tonight I'm having pizza. I joined ww on July 1st. and learned how

many points were in pizza. I was shocked and amazed and have not

had pizza once since (except for 1 ww pizza 1 time).

Well, my dh and I were planning our week end menus and I decided it

was time to have pizza, the good old fashioned " order out for pizza " .

I will eat light today and enjoy it tonight. I know many of you say

you plan for this once a week or so, but I just love pizza and

didn't " trust " myself to only have a piece or two. Tonight I will

enjoy every bite, and NOT feel guilty because it is planned.

So there.

So there.

Ha!! I made that mistake...but only ONCE! I brought home their chicken

fajita or salsa chicken, something like that, and ate about four pieces!

They stuff is way to good and I was really hungry when I walked in the

door with it.

Like you, I avoided pizza and didn't see how it could fit in with WW.

But then I read all the posts a few weeks back about some people

having pizza once a week. And I said, well shoot...it IS doable.

Especially since I rarely use my Flex points. So I decided to have

pizza after WI one night. I had eaten lightly all day, and figured

I'd be eating my regular points and use some flex points. I started

with a big salad..and then was only able to get two slices down!!! I

didn't even touch my flex points! I was shocked!!! But I just could

not physically eat any more. I was also surprised, because it really

didn't taste as good as I had remembered. LOL! So I'm glad I did

that...because I no longer have a fixation about pizza. I do hope you

enjoy yours :-)
