Not a lot going on over here. We are in the process of trying to get my almost 90 Yr old Aunt out this way. We went into visit her Mon. and got some papers signed and she made me Power of Attorney. I haven't done any baking. Our daughter in law next door is baking. I will just make a chocolote graham cracker pie. I wrapped presents yesterday.

We are supposed to get hit with a good size storm Wed-Fri. Please pray for our son and granddaughter' s safety as they are planning to come down from Green Bay, Wis. if the they can even get through.

We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.

Update Time! (Sharon's)

I went Christmas shopping yesterday and got some really good bargains. I found Miley Cyrus shirts/tops for $3 and $5 on markdown for three of my granddaughters. I got shirts for my oldest two grandsons for $5 (again markdown:) I love to find bargains on the markdown racks! It makes me all giddy! lol Remember the family in need I told you about? I haven't found a solution to their lack of home heating yet. But, I bought two really cute knit tops for the girls. The tops were also on markdown and were really cute Miley Cyrus shirts (for $3 each). I bought the boy a warm sweatshirt. I plan to make a batch of goodies to give the kids and their father. It's not heat but it is a little something... . I got the book for my grandson signed from the author, A Owen! He offered to sign his previous books that owns as well. We're going to try to

get them down to him by Saturday so he can sign them before leaving on the next leg of his book tour. is going to be so happy and excited.. Who is making goodies/baking for Christmas? My daughter-in- law made cookies and her special fudge this afternoon. I plan on making some cookie bars, popcorn butter crunch and, old fashioned fudge. I found two recipes to try this year. One is for Pumpkin Pecan Fudge and the other is called Maple Crisps. I'll let you know how they turn out. I also plan to make two kinds of jelly on Monday. Wish me luck!My son and grandson will be gone Monday to the Phoenix area for work. They will be home that night, hopefully. There is a winter storm moving in on Tuesday and there is some treacherous driving between here and the Phoenix area. I worry so much when they are coming through in bad winter weather. I need to get to

bed. I have been having a hard time staying asleep at night lately and I am so darned worn out. My left shoulder has been hurting at night when I am trying to sleep and my left jaw has been hurting, too. Tonight I am going to take a Tylenol before bed to see if that helps any. I have been waking up about 3 a.m. and then sleeping little thereafter. I hate that! I just want to sleep all night!!! hugs to all and please stay safe....
