Guest guest
Hello everyone, We found out last week that my wife has a spot on her liver, one on her pelvis bone, and " suspicious malignances " in her lungs. This is after 7 years of cancer with 3 recurrences. The doctor tell me its " not good " but told me that 5 years ago when they found a spot on her liver (she had the large lobe removed). He has just mentioned that it is NOW stage 4. But ive been reading that it should have be stage 4 when it went to her liver before. Im not sure what to believe. Anyone able to clear it up for me? Just to add...the doctor feels the chemo will take care of the cancer but isnt sure for how long. He's not giving up and neither is my wife (or I). Im looking for her to go back into remision for a year or more. She's taking chemo everyweek , 4 on and one off. I can only hope and pray for her. Anyone reading this should always have hope. My wife is not sick and does what she wants durrung the day. She has a very good quality of life and thats important. For whatever time she has left 3, 5 10 or more years. I want her to be happy.
