Does Baking With SCD Yogurt Kill It?

I made SCD Goat's Milk yogurt (finally!) and am trying to find a way to sneak it

into my son! He won't eat yogurt from a spoon (or anything of silimar

texture)....so I decided to bake Lemon Yogurt Muffins and see if he'll accept

those.

Will he still reap the restorative/healing benefits of the yogurt cultures now

that

the yogurt has been baked at 300 degrees for 25 minutes?

Please advise!

Thanks!

No- it doesn't still have the good bugs in it once it's baked - the

heat kills them. Lots of people make yogurt fruit smoothies with

some legal juice and fruit; others freeze the yogurt with fruit into

popsicles. The latter does kill some of the bugs, but supposedly not

all of them.

Good luck!
