Guest guest
I made SCD Goat's Milk yogurt (finally!) and am trying to find a way to sneak it into my son! He won't eat yogurt from a spoon (or anything of silimar texture)....so I decided to bake Lemon Yogurt Muffins and see if he'll accept those. Will he still reap the restorative/healing benefits of the yogurt cultures now that the yogurt has been baked at 300 degrees for 25 minutes? Please advise! Thanks! Guest guest
No- it doesn't still have the good bugs in it once it's baked - the heat kills them. Lots of people make yogurt fruit smoothies with some legal juice and fruit; others freeze the yogurt with fruit into popsicles. The latter does kill some of the bugs, but supposedly not all of them. Good luck! mom to asd daughter, 4, scd 10/26/04 > > I made SCD Goat's Milk yogurt (finally!) and am trying to find a way to sneak it > into my son!
