Even though it didn't turn out right, it still tasted right and Mike loved it. :-) It irritated me that it didn't turn out and I think I know what I did wrong so I got the stuff to make another one. Can't do it wrong twice can I? LOL Stupid thing is, I got home and discovered I had one red and one blue food coloring! I didn't look, the blue was behind the red. Silly me assuming it would be another red behind the RED! Oh well. Mike says go ahead, let's see what it looks like! LOL Gena > Mmmmmmmmmm RED VELVET CAKE!!!.
