My potassium was still 4.2 (3.5-5.2).

I have been taking 5 20MEq ClorCon, 6 MEq of potassium chloride and 3-4 Meq of

other potassium salts. Total 14 MEq potassium per day. Have been doing this

since April. As you can see, since my kidneys are excreting normally there is no

problem. If I back off at all I get leg cramps at night. I will also mention

that my RBC potassium was normal, the only low one was zinc. I don't think the

RBC levels have anything to do with levels elsewhere.

I am also taking magnesium maleate and malic acid supp. Adding the other

potassium salts for the last 6 wks made a huge difference in my energy levels. I

am back to almost normal since then. Before I was still unable to do my

groceries without feeling I just wanted to get done as fast as I could and go

sit down.

Otherwise, my temps are still averaging around 98.0 and my rising tmep vary from

96.6 to 97.2. Rising (not moving for 10 min before I get up) HR pretty

consistent at 65. Still on 50 mcg cytomel, FT3 was 5.2.

Thought I would try LDN (1 mg). It seems to have lowered my temps a bit, but

helped with sleep. What really helps with sleep I discovered is 1/2 tsp

potassium bicarbonate before bed and another 1/2 tsp about 2 or 3 when I wake

up. Still a long way from sleeping through the night but at least I get back to

sleep and sleep deeper and feel more rested. So low pH seems to be a factor in

not sleeping.

I haven't had time lately to keep up with these lists, so if anyone has a

question, email me directly.
