Bake a potato at 350 for an hour or so.....it should be easily pierced

with a fork.

I like baking the potato, scooping out the insides, mix in a bit of ff

sour cream or yogurt, seasonings and restuff the potato skins...maybe

sprinkle on a bit of cheese if I have the points, then bake again for

about another 20 minutes.

Hi all. I totally stink at cooking so i have a question. I wanted to bake

a

potato in the oven. Maybe slice it up with a bit of oninion and some

garlic

salt. Anyone know how to do this? What temp to bake it on and for how

long? Or

anything that might help me. Thanks!!

Try getting a hold of a copy of " The Joy of Cooking " cookbook. It's a

really good basic how-to cookbook that tells how to cook just about

anything that you may want to cook. I think it also tells how to select

various foods when shopping for them.
