Guest guest
Bake a potato at 350 for an hour or so.....it should be easily pierced with a fork. I like baking the potato, scooping out the insides, mix in a bit of ff sour cream or yogurt, seasonings and restuff the potato skins...maybe sprinkle on a bit of cheese if I have the points, then bake again for about another 20 minutes. Maybe slice it up with a bit of oninion and some garlic salt. Anyone know how to do this? What temp to bake it on and for how long? Or anything that might help me. Thanks!! , Try getting a hold of a copy of " The Joy of Cooking " cookbook. It's a really good basic how-to cookbook that tells how to cook just about anything that you may want to cook. I think it also tells how to select various foods when shopping for them. Carol Klippstein
