Could be you're gaining muscle but still losing fat since your activity level is up. Sue - your mac and cheese recipe sounds heavenly. I'll give it a go next weekend, perhaps . And congrats on the size 16's! That must feel wonderful. I went shopping yesterday too and am down a pant size. *does the happy dance* Christi - Well done on the weight loss! And don't you just love it when the smaller clothes start to fit? I'm with you. I wish they *would* standardize womens' sizes.
