Guest guest
Hi Becky, I know any form of dairy product is frowned upon when thinking in terms of LID, but have you considered 'Unsalted Butter' it is not as bad as one would think. I would be interested in any comments from hardened LID'ers on their opinion of Unsalted Butter, considering that the Low Iodine Diet is 'emphasis' on Low. I used unsalted butter, bacause I just could not deprive myself of everything I loved so much. I was great with milk, eggs, cheese, etc so I decided unsalted butter could not be that bad. Or could it? Deborah Ford > I'm thinking butter or margarine is not a good idea! :-) > Are there any suggestions?
