This probably isn't really relevant, but you should probably be

waiting an hour before eating. Are you eating soy for breakfast? That

could interfere with your meds, though I suspect you already know that

:-)

Stress can certainly cause fatigue, too - B Complex is supposed to be

good for stress.

As for echinacea, my bottle mentions that taking it for more than 8

weeks " may not provide any additional enhancement or support to the

body's resistance "

Don't know about cold weather, other than it makes me want to curl up

in front of a fire :-)

Have you had your iron levels checked? Low iron could be the problem

Cheers,

Alisa

Kathleen, my exercise walking makes me tired. Perhaps you can

schedule it for the evening. I don't know about your meds - my beta

blocker also causes lethargy.

I am plagued by fatigue. It hits me all at once. I have a day or two where I feel normal and that causes me to probably overdo and then I get a wave and I end up sleeping the next day through.

I'm fortunate that I can just stop and sleep. I don't have to go to work if I can't. I don't have to work at home if I can't. I don't have to cook, clean, or do laundry if I can't. If hubby can he tries to keep up with things but he works long days.

I've been fatigued since way before I got the BC diagnosis and chemo. I was anemic before BC and hopefully now that I have to get Procrit I might just come out of this NOT anemic. OH JOY I might have energy some day.

Don't try to be too tough on yourself. If you are tired, rest. A tired body can't heal properly. I learned that many years ago when I got strep and it took almost 10 days and two rounds of antibiotics to get rid of it. I got stupid a few years ago and let myself get rundown and I paid the price. I got something that hung on like it was my best friend. I learned. I'm no good to anyone if I'm sick.

Hugs,
