Liz,

I actually stopped drinking - which I NEVER thought I would do! It was

probably the beginning of July and that was it. I like to drink like 4

glasses of wine at a time - not point friendly, for me encourages snacks

late at nite (not a good thing when you have no inhibition), and hard

for me to get up and exercise the next morning. At first I really

missed it, but now I feel so much better. I am not sure that I ever

want to drink again. I am still trying to believe how much I have

changed! Sometimes I do not recognize this girl I have become!

Jenn

I agree....and alcohol is a high point addiction....it's definitely my

crutch....and something I am working toward curbing........I'd rather

have real food ;)

Addictions are hard to break too. My hubby's cousin used to drink at night and

realized she was addicted to the drink. That was hard for her to quit too. She

is a hairdresser. Some of us, non hairdressers even, eat at night...food

addiction perhaps. Anything that controls me is an addiction.

Well.....my issues used to be food and smoking......I quit smoking 10

years ago and gained quite a bit of weight.....I joined WW and lost most

of it...now I drink...only at night, and I don't think I have serious

issues with it...(and I count the points)....but I agree......most

hairdressers have SOME kind of " addiction " ...
