Thank you to all who have helped w/suggestions on getting my son Skyler's

'stomach issues' under control.

A few of you have recommended " digestive enzymes. "

Is there a particular manufacturer or retailer that you prefer? Am I safe in

assuming there's no interference w/ketosis? Is there any carb value to them?

Rather than go trial and error w/various brands, I'd love to know what's

working for your keto kids.

There is a company called Houston Neutraceuticals that makes several

different formulations. I know of one former keto parent who called up the

company and spoke with the owner, Devin Houston, about digestive enzymes and

the keto diet. I forgot which enzyme he recommended, but she found him to

be very helpful.

We have used Houston's Zyme-Prime, based on what Dr. Houston suggested for the

Keto diet.
