Guest guest
Hi . Glad you found us but so sorry that you have the need to be here. We all wish we were some place else too. I am caregiver to my husband Bert, age 50 at diagnosis last year stage III right colon cancer, four nodes positive. I am very happy to hear that there has been good response and agree with a previous post that what you are reporting is related to blood problems that can be caused by treatments and not necessarily the cancer itself. Once they do the blood work, there are methods that can be used to help control these side effects. I'm sure that all will be well in a few days. This road is a hard, hard road to travel with many ups and downs along the way. I know your family is grateful for your support, hard as it may be for you to keep the " stiff upper lip. " My mom has inoperable lung cancer and I too am the " internet guru " in our family with both my mom and husband counting on me. Stay strong and supportive and know that God is with you at all times. You and your family will be in my prayers.
