> Barb,

Yep the best gage is what we see in the mirror, what your blood

pressure and stuff are, waist and hip measurements, body fat. Not just

a number on a scale or what some chart says. I was thin before kids,

some said too thin. My friends said I was a stick with boobs! LOL Back

then I wore a 7 in jeans but 11 in tops. I have narrow hips, skinny

legs, no butt but all boobs. Aren't I blessed?........... NOT! LOL That

is the other reason I know I can't and don't want to be in the 120s

again, I was too thin even back before gaining a bunch of muscle. I

figure 160's will be pretty darn good, even if it is just 169. :-) But

eventually, maybe after the tummy tuck I know I need, to be in the

150s. Right now I just want to get back under 200 dang it!
