Guest guest
Tracie, Well yes I am doing weights but really not that much! LOL The first few weeks I was not very regular. Barely going once a week and the first few times I only did like one set of a few machines on the lowest weight! I'm a wimp! On the upper body anyway. I am already pretty muscular I am told, don't know where it is all hiding lol but I'm told I am anyway. Actually this trainer in my other group explained that in the first 6 weeks of doing weights that the muscles hold more water so I'm thinking that might be it. Now I'm on TOM so wont know for a few days. Let's hope the scale starts going down! I also talked to a trainer at the gym and he really asked a lot of questions and then suggested I do two 45 min walks a day to break the plateau. That will be hard bit I'm going to try. THANK YOU for your encouragement. Gena :-) > Hey there wonder woman! Seems like you have been a very busy lady > lately.
