Kim,

Hey Sweetie... I'm so glad you are progressing nicely. I hope and pray your labor is quick and relatively easy. Since you are already getting a head start on things, that might be the way it goes. Aren't you getting excited?

It's hard to believe that it's almost time for you to meet your sweet, little Christian.

Hello! I just keep comparing myself to you and I still have no hip

pain or low cramps. Finally yesturday my braxton hicks hit in my low

belly instead of up high. So, I finally feel like I am having

something happening in the way of labor. But you definitely are

showing signs..you have beeen for like 2 weeks!! I really think it

could be any day for you. Sorry about your blood pressure, but I can

relate, it is hard to sit still these days even though we feel tired!

Sorry to hear about your mil. I pray she has a speedy recovery and

goes home soon.

Keep me posted on your progress!

Take care,

Yes, I feel like it could be any time also, I am like a ticking time

bomb! I have been feeling this way for some time. I hope that

Christian decides to make his entrance soon, I am not sure how much

more cramps and pressure I can take though. I know it is for a good

reason, but it will not be good to get to labor and delivery time and

be exhausted from all the pre-work.

Don't worry about not feeling any pains, etc. My friend just had a

baby 6 weeks ago, she was 2 cm dilated for several weeks, felt no

pains and aches what so ever and was at the doc during hte day for

her weekly check, he told her not any time soon, she would most

likely need to be induced. She went home, 3 hours late water just

popped and baby was born 8 hours later.

I guess maybe you feel nothing and water breaks or maybe you feel

alot and start with contractions, hard to say, every one is so

different - and you never know what you are until it is over!

Take Care!

Kim,

Woo Hoo sounds like it won't be long now. I do hate to hear your bp is high, do you think it's just stress. Here's hoping when you go back on Thursday it'll be back to normal again or that your little one will make his appearance so soon you won't have to go back.

Kim,

1-2 cm is great! Hopefully your bp will behave until baby shows

up. The good news is that even if you get pg induced hypertension,

they can deliver baby safely into your arms, and your bp will go

back to pre-pg soon after delivery. Good luck, and don't forget to

lay on your left side a lot! It will help the bp stay low.

Take care,

DeeAnn

R,

Thank you, my mil is doing better today. She came home, and all her

tests were negative, so they are not sure what happended. Maybe just

exhaustion. She is happy to be home, she was worried the baby would

come while she was in the hospital, and it is a different hospital. I

told her her would wait to make his appearance till his grandma could

be there.

Glad to hear your fil is doing better, I know what a rough time this

is now.

DeeAnn,

Thanks, I know he will arrive soon, just when! I go back to check on

bp on Thursday, and then we shall see what the doc will decide to do

if it is still high.

Glad to hear about the baby, that is such great news. Did you tell

Daisy she was going to be a big sister yet?

Thanks, we are so anxious and excited to meet him, we wish he was

ready now. I to am hoping that maybe my body is doing a lot of the

hard work now, and labor will go fast. My mom told me that she only

had cramps for the day, and when her water broke, I was born with one

push 3 hours later, and I was her first baby. Also, all ladies on my

moms sides had easy labors, hopes that means it comes down through

the genes!

I hope Emma and mommy are doing well.

Dana,

Thanks, but I do not think it is stress, because I am very calm

lately. Something happen last week, and I decided not to get stressed

about anything, just let it happen. Maybe sub-consciously (not sure

how to spell that!), or what it is. It has been rising slowly the

last 3 visits. I feel fine with that, I would never have known it was

high unless he told me. I go back in two days to check it again.

Glad to hear you had a good weekend, it sounds like so much fun. Just

think, pretty soon there will be 3 of you to go on these excursions!

Hope you are feeling well.
