Guest guest Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 We made it through the weekend with only a little " snog " - there was kind of a snowy fog that never made it to the ground. Wish I could get my poor little biscuit-hound to wear a hoodie - would keep her ears up out of the snow and mud when the weather's bad! I did make her a little blanket-coat, though, because she just doesn't have that much hair. Hope you figure out something for the pump - we live in constant fear of something going out around here too, because there just isn't money to fix it! The snow stayed on the ground all day and it is pretty chilly tonight. Our little dumped puppy, Shiloh, has been wearing his sweater all day long. The big dogs have sweatshirt hoodies they wear when it gets real cold. They didn't think it was cold enough for their winter clothes today but Shiloh apparently has a different opinion. We have a 40% chance of snow tonight, the weather forecast says. The grandkids are sad because they love the snow. The sadness? Bec.ause they have colds and can't go out in it. I have a great nephew who is serving in Afghanistan. He posts nearly every day on Facebook. It's always comforting to see his brief posts. I haven't seen a post from him in days now. Please join me in praying for .... Our water pump went out yesterday. Drats! It will cost $300 plus for a new one and we don't have the money right now. We get trickles of water without the pump but it's impossible to do laundry or really take showers without the water pump. It's hard to do dishes, too, but I managed today.
