Guest guest
DH broke out the outdoor fryer today and we experimented with frying a turkey breast, cauliflower, potatoes, and yams. It was all pretty good. But I think I still prefer the Weber grill for turkey. Supplements down, H2O-70 oz, Exercise - 25 min walk. Coffee X2, smokie links - 5g Cheeseburger with Dijon and mayo - 2g Advant Edge bar (says 2.5 carbs and 3g fibre, but I don't believe this is a " negative food " ....) 2.5g Turkey breast, cauliflower, just a taste of potato and yam -7g total:16.5g I am really amazed by the way my taste has changed - All I wanted was a taste of those fried potatoes, and it was enough. No cravings, just satisfaction. Have a Great Monday, everyone. :~)
