Hi Kerry - that's so true. I can't believe my Tom is 12 now! He sits patiently

in the waiting room and having earmolds made is no big deal for him now. didn't

used to be that way of course.... Definitely hearing aids on an older child is

tons easier!

Shoot, I missed your other email before I responded to the first.

Hadley is around Jessie's age (3 in Sept) and she uses the Tcoil for the

phone. With her current aids, she really can't carry on a conversation on

the phone in the regular setting. She never uses the other program (in

fact, we were thinking about setting it to her standard program just in case

it gets jostled around-- she starts preschool in the fall and I'm just

starting to think about that stuff).
