, once again - thank you. In scanning down the list below, I

came across items I needed to go back and review before my upcoming

post-RAI scan.

Would it be a help to newbies (and oldies)to group each of the

archive index catagories you posted yesterday and possibly post at

the beginning of the month, etc.? There are so many things to review

and your collection is a great cross-section of the postings over the

past few years. Everytime I see your collections, I pick up

something I needed to know or had forgotten.

P.S. - in preparing for my second Lid session, I'm doing this with

a " clear " head. I find there were items I partook of in my fog-

brained state last year that are definitely no-no's. OreIda
