Guest guest
Those of you who are dairy free and can't use butter, do you use coconut oil as a substitute? I have done this, but I am very concerned about clogging arteries. I am so heart conscious since my husband has to be on a heart healthy diet. I am thinking that this wouldn't be too good for anybody whether they need to be on a heart healthy diet or not. I do not use coconut oil with my husband, but I am concerned that this is just not healthy for my son nor I. What do you think? Any suggestions? Thanks, Beverly Son-Casey-Leaky Gut
